  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information through our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Content: Photos, videos, and other files you upload to galleries, along with gallery names, descriptions, and settings.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Communications: When you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your messages.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

  • Convex: Database and backend infrastructure. Your galleries, files, and settings are stored securely on Convex.
  • PostHog: Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how users interact with our Service to improve the experience. PostHog may collect anonymized usage data.
  • Cloud Storage Providers: Your photos and videos are stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

  • Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before deletion
